Say Hi at our annual Company Focus Day!

We hold an annual get together known as the IPRS Group Focus Day, where we combine a social event with a business update and fun entertainment to raise money for our chosen charities.

You'll get the chance to put faces to names, celebrate our achievements and hear about the exciting new business developments for the year ahead.

During the Summer months, the teams at Head Office get competitive and try to outdo each other at monthly fundraising BBQ and themed dress down days.

Each month a different team is responsible for hosting the BBQ, sometimes with a fun theme, previous themes have included; Garden Party, Eurovision, Notting Hill Carnival and Movies.

We don't like the fun to end with Summer though and our themed dress down days continue throughout the year on the last Friday of every month. Some of our highlights have been:

• A flipping good pancake day in February
• A spooktacular Halloween with pumpkin carving competition
• A sweet gingerbread house building competition at Christmas

We hold great competitions throughout the year that everyone can get involved in. Some of them have included:

• Our annual photography competition, gives you the chance to submit your photos for inclusion in the Company calendar. Our volunteer judges always have a hard task of picking just 13 photos for inclusion in the calendar from  the hundreds of photos entered.
• Our Halloween pumpkin carving competition saw 7 Head Office teams go head to head to see who could carve the scariest pumpkin, decided by a public vote on the IPRS Health Facebook page.
• Colleagues from across the UK took part in a Steps Challenge to help raise money for charity and to take the prize for the highest number of steps.
